A: All Medicaid recertifications due during the months of March, April and May are being extended for an additional 6 to 12 months. No additional information is needed from the customers for your case to be extended.
Q: Will I be receiving additional Food Stamp benefits?
A: Some customers who are actively receiving Food Stamps could receive additional allotments during the months of March and April. If you are not currently receiving the maximum allotment, you will be eligible for additional allotments.
Q: When will I be receiving additional Food Stamps?
A: Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to provide a specific date that your additional allotment will be released. We do know that additional March benefits are being issued beginning April 1 through April 19. Additional allotments for April will be issued beginning April 22nd.
Q: What is Pandemic EBT (P-EBT)?
A: The P-EBT program provides a benefit on an EBT card to families whose children have access to free and reduced lunch at school.
Q: Do I need to apply for P-EBT?
A: Families will not need to apply for the P-EBT program. Eligible families already receiving Food Stamp benefits will receive an additional benefit on their existing EBT card. For families not already enrolled in Food Stamps, a new EBT card will be mailed to your residence.

Q: When will I know my application has been approved?
A: If is important to return any requested information to your caseworker as soon as possible. Once your application has been completed, you will be notified by mail of the outcome.
